Today ‘The Dairy Council’ came to the school to talk to P.5, 6 and 7 about food and fitness. They explained the importance of having a healthy diet, letting us know food to have and foods to avoid. They also encouraged us to exercise by teaching us a ‘Rap’ about food and fitness.🏃♀️🏃
