August restart update
Good morning,
I hope you are well and enjoying this nice spell of weather.
Today the Department of Education provided further guidance regarding the restart of schools. I have attached two items of correspondence which schools have been asked to share with parents.
As shared with you in June, it was our plan to have all children back in school each day on restart so at present the information provided to you in June and which is still on this website remains. Staff and Governors will consider this further document early next week and communicate any necessary changes to you. In the meantime we look forward to welcoming all Nursery and P1 children to their allocated Induction appointment time next week (these are scheduled for Tues 18th, Wed 19th and Thurs 20th, each child was given an allocated slot to visit).
All pupils should then attend as was previously arranged, week beginning Monday 24th August; details of which day(s) your child(ren) should attend are on this website.
All children will wear their normal uniform on return to school. We are all very much looking forward to welcoming the children back to the school environment.
Pauline McAlister
Principal
