We had a special visitor today at Nursery, Bernard the Bear. Bernard the Bear talked to us about what is good for us and what is not so good for us. He told us we need to try to eat lots of fruit and vegetables, drink water and milk and also do lots of exercise to stay healthy and to strengthen our bones and teeth. We had to help him sort his shopping trolley for healthy and not healthy foods and drinks. We were able to sort his trolley very well! Thank you Bernard the Bear for visiting us and giving us a hug or a high five!
