The Dairy Council visited P.5. and P.6. children on Friday 2nd December to give us a talk on 'Food and Fitness'. We heard lots of information about how to eat healthily and increase the amount of exercise we take daily. It was good fun as we were taught a 'Food and Fitness' rap to help us remember all the facts.
