Day 1 of the Sustrans cycling workshop began with us learning how to check our bikes to make sure they are in proper working order and how to wear our helmets correctly. We also learnt how to emergency stop on our bikes and how to signal left/ right when turning. We had great fun and look forward to the next two days of building our skills.
