The girls' hockey team had an outstanding performance today at the Ulster Hockey Blitz, held at Cookstown High School. They demonstrated excellent teamwork and skill, remaining unbeaten throughout the day.
In their first match, the team played to a 0-0 draw against Woods Primary School, followed by another 0-0 draw against Cookstown Primary School. The girls then triumphed with a 3-0 victory over Ballytrea Primary School, thanks to two goals from Ruby V and one from Ruby M. The team finished strong with a 1-0 win over Donaghmore Primary School, with another well-placed goal from Ruby V. Their persistence and defensive strength were clear, as they didn’t concede a single goal all day! ⭐️
A big congratulations to all the girls for their hard work and determination – they were a credit to the school and played some excellent hockey! 👏😊
