Nursery Forest Schools - Day 2
20th Nov 2018
We enjoyed snack together when we arrived at The Hill of The O'Neill. Then we worked with Brian to set up the boundary. We searched the area to see if we could find any feathers. Brian told us about the different parts of a tree and we looked at them together. Then we worked in groups to create a picture of a tree using any items we could find in the forest. Take a look at the beautiful trees we created. Can you see the trunk, branches, leaves and the roots? One of the trees even had a bird's nest in it. We tidied everything away before we left.
We had lots of fun!
Thank you to our volunteers for helping.
