There was great excitement in Nursery as we all arrived with our teddy bear and blanket, including Mrs Ferguson and Mrs Young for The Teddy Bears' Picnic at Bush! We worked hard to prepare the picnic, making our own sandwich, wrapping it up, selecting our drink and crisps and placing it all in our own picnic bag. We listened to a story called 'The Teddy Bears' Picnic' on the interactive white board and sang some teddy bear rhymes. Then we went on a bear hunt just like the story 'We're Going On A Bear Hunt.' Of course, we sang the song along the way! We all sat down together to have our picnic and we finished off the day with a game called 'Pass the Teddy.' We all had a wonderful day, the day the teddy bears had their picnic at Bush Nursery Unit!
