P2- A school day in 1921
31st May 2022
P2 had great fun today learning about school in the 1920’s. We started off with roll call, a look through the memorabilia box and a discussion about what school would have been like 100 years ago. Then we did our Numeracy and Literacy on chalk board, it was more fun than on paper. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast of sausage, soda bread and pancakes. After that we played games outside, painted flowers for our nature study and ended the day with needlework, where we made friendship bracelets. It was really good fun, and the children looked fabulous in their outfits. Thank you for your hard work in providing these.
