The Dairy council gave P.5 and P.6 pupils an interactive talk on 'Keeping Healthy'. They encouraged us to eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly in order to keep ourselves fit and healthy. They taught us a rap, gave us interactive activities to complete and left an information booklet for each pupil. It was a fun way to learn some very important facts.
