We visited Benburb Castle on Thursday 17th November as part of our Shared Education work. We heard all about trees in the woodland; hid and searched for hazel nuts; identified trees and their leaves; calculated the age of trees and got to know our friends from Windmill Integrated Primary School even better. It was a great trip but even though we were well wrapped up, it was very, very cold!!
